Deliveries will be between 9am and 6pm - deliveries outside of these times can be arranged at an extra charge.
In the summer, because of the heat, deliveries and balloon collections will take place between 9am and 10.30am and between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

Helium filled balloons can only be delivered using the Akis Express option in the winter months, please only order our air filled designs in the summer months, when using the Akis Express delivery option, as helium expands with the heat!

€4.50 - If payment is made on our website by PayPal or after checkout by BOC Quick Pay or Revoult

€6.50 - If you wish to pay when you collect your parcel from your local Akis Express

Party Goods & Fancy Dress will be delivered to your closest Akis Express office - Please state the date you will need your parcel by in notes, at the checkout.

Normally delivery is within 24 hours but please allow 1-2 working days, after confirmation that your goods are in stock.



Shipping Policy

Balloon Orders 
Your balloons will be delivered on the day of your event to your venue, villa apartment or hotel, please confirm with the venue that we will be delivering your order. (Please pick balloon delivery at check out)

Fancy Dress
We keep a large selection of Fancy Dress products, in stock and available for immediate dispatch, at our warehouse in Paralimni.

All other items are held in stock in our Cyprus warehouse unless stated otherwise as out of stock.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We must be notified of items being returned if found faulty or damaged upon arrival within 24 hours of receipt and the item must be received by us within 7 days. 
We'll aim to process your return request within the 14 working days of receiving your product. Within 28 days of receiving your confirmation order you should receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.
In busy periods like Carnival, Halloween and Christmas we may take a little longer.
Can I cancel an order?
If you have not paid for an order you can cancel it, If you have already submitted payment for your order we regret to inform you that we will not be able to cancel it or issue an immediate refund. We have a very quick turn around between orders being placed online and the picking, packing and shipping process, Due to this we will be unable to cancel your order after payment.
The following is a list of items that must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging, failure to abide by this will result in a credit not being issued.
Socks and stockings
Eye lashes
Wigs, beards, facial hair or any type of artificial hair
Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth

Eye accaessories
Do make sure you've included all your items and their contents in your return parcel as we can't refund returns with missing items, without original packaging or products that are not resalable. If items returned to us have evidently been worn, or if costume packaging has been heavily damaged and the item cannot be restocked for sale we will not be able to process your refund, and the item will be returned to you at your cost.  Please take care when opening costume packaging.
Please also be sure to obtain a proof of postage, or have your returning item tracked with your Mail service.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives to its destination. In the event the returned parcel does not arrive at its destination, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the mail service to process a claim for a refund.
